Men infected with trichomoniasis often feel a burning sensation during urination or ejaculation. The sensation is similar to the pain associated with passing small kidney stones.
This burning sensation indicates the infection has spread inside the penis, where it can cause complications such as urinary tract infections or inflammation of the prostate gland.
